Street provides a platform for tokenizing private equity through the ERC-S (Equity-Anchored Resource Coordination Standard) framework. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Equity tokenization services
  • SPV (Special Purpose Vehicle) management
  • Token ecosystem coordination
  • Platform access and related tools

3. User Obligations

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when using our services
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

All content, features, and functionality of the Street platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are the exclusive property of Street Labs Inc. and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Street does not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STREET SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Street strictly follows American Security Regulations. All tokenization activities are conducted in compliance with applicable securities laws and regulations. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of our services complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction.
